Cancellation Policy

Consultation Services

  • • Cancelling with reasonable advance notice, before your scheduled session, is generally free of charge
  • • Cancelling on the day of the session, or not showing up, may reduce or forfeit your refund eligibility
  • • Exact cancellation windows and any applicable fee are confirmed at the time of booking — check your booking confirmation or contact support before you cancel

LMS Courses

  • • Refunds are considered where minimal course content has been accessed and the request is made soon after enrollment
  • • No refund once a meaningful portion of the course has been completed
  • • Certificates cannot be revoked once issued
  • • Contact support with your enrollment date and usage details so we can assess eligibility

Admission Guidance Packages

  • • A short cooling-off period applies shortly after purchase, before any counselling work has begun, during which a full refund can be requested
  • • A partial refund may be available if only part of the service has been delivered
  • • No refund once the application process has begun on your behalf
  • • Contact support to confirm the exact terms for your specific package
