Cancellation Policy

Consultation Services

  • • Cancellation allowed up to 24 hours before scheduled session
  • • No cancellation fee for advance notice
  • • Same-day cancellations subject to 50% fee
  • • No-shows will be charged full amount

LMS Courses

  • • 7-day money-back guarantee from enrollment date
  • • Cancellation allowed if less than 20% course content accessed
  • • No refund after 7 days or 20% content completion
  • • Certificates cannot be revoked once issued

Admission Guidance Packages

  • • 48-hour cooling-off period for full refund
  • • Partial refund available if services not yet delivered
  • • No refund once application process has begun
  • • Package transfers allowed within same academic year
