• Consultation Booking: Calendar access provided instantly

Scheduled Services

• Live Consultations: Scheduled as per availability
• Webinars & Sessions: Calendar invites sent 24 hours prior
• Progress Reports: Delivered weekly via email
• Application Reviews: Completed within 2-3 business days

No Physical Products Are Shipped

Everything College For Me sells — counselling packages, admission guidance, LMS course access and online-degree application assistance — is delivered digitally, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners, or delivery addresses involved in a normal purchase. If a specific service you buy ever includes a physical item, the delivery timeline and any charge for that item will be communicated to you separately, in writing, before you pay for it.

Access Issues & Resolution

Common Issues

• Course or dashboard access not activating after payment
• Consultation booking confirmation not received
• Certificate or report generation delayed

Our Resolution

• We verify your payment and manually restore access
• We re-send confirmations by email and, where applicable, WhatsApp
• If we can't resolve the issue promptly, we offer a refund per our Cancellation & Refunds Policy
