100% tuition fee waiver for SC/ST/PwD. General/OBC EWS students with family income < 1 LPA get a full waiver; income between 1 to 5 LPA get a 2/3rd waiver.

No. Similar to all NITs, undergraduate admissions to the B.Tech and B.Arch programs at VNIT Nagpur are based exclusively on JEE Main ranks through JoSAA and CSAB counselling processes.
Under standard NIT guidelines, 50% of the total seats are reserved for students who completed their qualifying exam within Maharashtra (Home State quota), with the remaining 50% open to the Other State (OS) category pool.
