Quick Answers
What is a NEET College Predictor?

A NEET College Predictor is a free online tool that estimates which medical, dental or nursing colleges you may get into during MCC counselling, based on your NEET UG All India Rank (AIR), category and historical closing ranks. College For Me’s predictor is built specifically for NEET UG aspirants — droppers and first-time candidates — preparing for MCC All India Quota (AIQ) counselling for MBBS, BDS and B.Sc. What do Safe, Target and Dream mean in this predictor?

Safe college = your NEET rank gives roughly 85% or higher chance of a seat based on past AIQ closing ranks. Target = 50–85% chance. Dream = 15–50% chance — an aspirational reach based on your rank versus historical cutoffs.

Does this predictor cover State Quota or only All India Quota (AIQ)?

Currently only the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical/dental colleges, run by MCC. State quota (the remaining 85% of state government seats) is not covered yet.

Which courses can I predict colleges for right now?

MBBS, BDS and B.Sc. Nursing have full college-matching support. BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BVSc (AYUSH courses) can be selected for interest but do not return matches yet.

Is the NEET College Predictor free to use?

Yes, prediction results are free. You only need to sign in once so results and a free counselling call-back can be linked to your profile.

How the NEET College Predictor works

Built on historical MCC All India Quota (AIQ) counselling data — here's exactly how your Safe, Target and Dream list is generated.

  1. 1
Enter your NEET AIR, category and course(s)

Provide your NEET UG All India Rank, category (including PwD variants if applicable), and pick MBBS, BDS and/or B.Sc. Nursing.

  2. 2
The model checks past AIQ closing ranks

Your rank and category are compared against each college’s historical MCC All India Quota round-wise closing ranks for that course.

  3. 3
Colleges are bucketed into Safe, Target and Dream

Based on the gap between your rank and each college’s historical closing rank, colleges are grouped into Safe (≥~85% chance), Target (50–85%) and Dream (15–50%).

  4. 4
Get a free counselling call to finalise your list

Optionally share your phone number to get a free call from a College For Me counsellor to convert this into a ranked MCC choice list.

Predictions are indicative only, based on previous years' MCC AIQ round-wise closing ranks. They do not guarantee admission — actual cutoffs shift each year with seat matrix changes and applicant volume.
