Admission Process — 2026 Intake

2. 2 Step 2: Students need to submit scanned copies of core documentation like school certificates, ID proof, passport-size photo, and signature.
3. 3Step 3: Candidates must pay the application fee after completing the application form using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI from a point of sale on the internet.
4. 4Step 4: All documents are verified by the university, and eligibility criteria are verified after submission.
5. 5Step 5: Upon completion of all applicants' qualifications, admission confirmation by the university is provided along with fee payment instructions.

Examination Pattern

The internal assessment and end-term exams are used at VIT Online. Internal assessments carry 30% weightage and may include assignments, quizzes, projects, or participation in academic activities. The other 70% weight is reserved for end-term tests carried out in an online manner in line with the university policies. Students should maintain academic performance throughout the semester. The teaching and learning management system from the university includes timetables, exam instructions, and digital support. Tests are conducted in an accessible and systematic manner to ensure fairness and transparency for all online learners.
